Would leave zero stars if possible. Worst experience ever right from the sales person Tony to the manager Belal. Was promised things that were never delivered. Was told the vehicle would be ready, drove from hours away, signed the financing only to be told the car wasn't even there and they didn't know of they would be able to get it back same day. Wasted a day of work for nothing, leaving to get married tomorrow and they wasted hours and hours ducking around. No communication, no honesty. All of you are supposed to take ethics training are you not? Apparently that's thrown out the window when you work for this dealership. Learn how yo communicate effectively with your clients instead of lying ignoring and blatantly misleading them. Was promised a tank of gas and also a 500$ gas card. Got neither. All around shit show.
Horrible and rude customer service !
They are garbage! Bought a car and it's a money pit! Their warranty is absolutely garbage and I called them and all they said is what do you want me to do about it?? DO NOT BUY!

We dealt with Yohannis and he Sat us down first thing on a Saturday morning and had us in the vehicle we ended up buying within 2 hours, he sat us down asked what we wanted and what we were looking for and the very first vehicle he drove up in was to the T exactly what we wanted. We test drove it and started on paperwork immediately, sadly since it was a Saturday most banks were closing but I am writing this review as we drive home on Tuesday afternoon and we couldn't be happier, they even gave us a loaner to drive in the meantime. All in all was a 10/10 experience for me and I've been recommending Yohannis to everyone that hasn't even asked. I will be coming back to him for my own truck shortly hopefully
