Randall is Cree and Iroquois Metis and was born in Fort McMurray. He was raised in the bush and has strong traditions. While in the Oilsands Industry in the 1990s, he had a love of solar, a fast-growing industry that he thought would be. Gridworks Energy is a Master Electrician, and Power Engineering Technologist. Gridworks Energy has been involved in numerous Solar PV projects over the past 20 years. He is one of only a few CSA-recognized instructors for solar construction and design in the United States.
