About this business

Inspection Works was founded in 2020. Mitch Waldon and David Bates are the owners. Mitch ran Waldon Works Inspection Services, and David ran TruScope Home Inspections. Our meeting revealed that we share a common goal for our companies. The desire to put individuals at ease is an essential goal. Our mission at Inspection Works is to provide our clients with the clearest information and greatest home inspection experience possible. We do so by sticking to our core values: honesty, continuous growth, friendliness, helpfulness, humour, respect for your time, and issue resolution rather than problem creation. We are both International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Certified Professional Inspectors and follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. Inspection Works is completely licensed, insured, and bonded.
