Totally unprofessional. Maids change constantly and the level of clean is inconsistent. Not to mention they enter rooms they have been told to steer clear of. As a mother to multiple special needs children who smear feces I make sure to maintain the dignity of my children by asking whomever comes to clean not to enter, is difficult or incomplete due to my own disabilities and limitations.
This last week I again had a maid that had been here twice, ignore my request to privacy and stay out of one of the bedrooms due to lasting damage and the need to sand and repaint the room. Only to return to find that not only was the bedroom door open, but they documented the room and let the supervisor of the company know that I wanted it cleaned by them! Never in the almost 3 years of having this company come into my home have I ever asked for them to clean fecal matter from any of their rooms.
It is hard enough to parent special needs children that do this regularly, but it adds absolutely avoidable stress when requests are not followed. Or confidentiality and privacy are completely ignored.
I DO NOT recommend this company.
