Reviews Summary
Everyone reviewed Premier Fire & Flood Restoration were contented. Brad and Ash were praised for their thorough and professional work. Many reviewers mentioned how the Brad and Ash went above and beyond to ensure the work was done appropriately and that they communicated constantly about what was happening. The final results of the projects were exceptional and had lasted for a while. Another satisfied customer thanked the professional workers for restoring what was a total nightmare back to a dream in record time. Even subcontractors working with Brad had a lot of praise. Consequently, the company can be recommended to anyone having water damage; it can handle big stressful situations and still leave you satisfied. Customer satisfaction and great service were some common themes in all the reviews.
This company is extremely disorganized and lacks basic project management skills. The roof leak was not fixed for 3 months and after a very rainy July/August which caused additional damage to our home. The subcontractor that Brad sent out caused additional damage when they repaired the roof by denting and scraping our seamless eaves trough. We were told they would return to fix it but nobody has. After about 14 weeks of literally zero work being completed, I requested regular weekly updates to try get the repairs on track. To this request, Brad told that they had 100 other jobs and didn’t have the time to meet. In the end, the insurance company removed them from my claim and Premier will no longer be completing my repairs. It should have taken a few weeks to get back home, yet here we are, 4 months later. I wouldn’t recommend Premier to my worst enemy.
