Our beans are lovingly roasted in the foothills of the Alberta Rocky mountains by one of the best roasters in the country. Our organic tea leaves are sourced by a Canadian owned importer with a focus on environmental and social responsibility. The Woodrack Cafe was born from a weekend of kayaking for girls in the Alberta foothills. It has grown and blossomed from nothing right before our eyes. At the time of inspiration, we were literally at a loss for a name, staring at a pile of beautiful driftwood on our kayak rack. Thus, The Woodrack Café was born many months before concept or design or venue. Many of the items we use in our décor are handcrafted from materials collected from mother earth at Alberta's most treasured locations.
