It might seem that the stylist just doesn't "get" what you want. We despise that. Finding a new hairdresser shouldn't be tough, which is why we start everything here at our salon with you—our valued customer. Volume is all about people. Our aim is to make you feel at ease and at ease. We'll get you a cup of coffee and then inquire. It's just a nice chat so we know what you're looking for.

Taylor has been working diligently with my uncooperative hair for awhile. Always a good cut. But she struck gold with this one. It is perfect. And one I can manage as well. I hope she made notes. Thanks, Taylor. A super job!
Volume salon permed and burnt my fine thin hair to the scalp and refuse to refund me. 4 other hairdressers all did I need to cut it off and start over which is what I did. I'm super upset.269$! They tried to say "a trim" would fix it!!!it's damaged to the scalp. There's no fixing it...You've been warned.. I have pics to confirm the damage they did
