At West Edmonton Playschool, children learn through play, which is the best way to help them develop social, cognitive, and physical skills. By providing a safe and supportive environment, we make it possible for children to be and explore. We have set structured goals when preparing for kindergarten. In these structured objectives, the children are learning useful skills. Early literacy is the primary focus in which children get to understand writing with the help of journals and worksheets. The concentration is on the alphabets and numbers since it is the foundation of learning. The children learn fine motor skills in early writing as they practice the writing techniques of the letters and numbers. Kids are also introduced to Spanish Bilingual. For the 4-year-olds, a few basic Spanish words and songs are used to help them at least know a few Spanish words. The program is created to be interactive and engaging; this is because the teachers are flexible and use real-life representations to make the children understand the concept well. The children also learn how to interact with their peers, basic safety learning, and learning new routines.
