Consumers have is that there are high demand and long waits to reach a live phone connection or a lawyer. Several consumers have expressed their gratitude for the quick and helpful support they get from the attorneys. One reviewer, for instance, was led to the wrong office address by following the information present. A lot of issues are due to administrative problems, such as paying a legal aid bill, due to a lack of information on making payments. Although the service receives high ratings, some improvements are still needed.
