Customers, especially Catherine and Parth, show overwhelming satisfaction and appreciation for the service. Customers are pleased with Catherine's attentiveness and understanding. This shows how she goes beyond to fulfill the normal requirements. Consequently, the customers leave pleased and satisfied due to the fascinating experience they had. The majority of the customers are pleased with the products because they believe that the salesperson or the customer service representative was courteous and professional and the product was worth the price. The store's location and the delivery are very welcoming to the customers because they are so happy with the courtesy of these two elements. Accents is a store that is just nearby, and its people are glad they are close. Accents should be recommended to anybody who truly would like a good and reasonable price. The furniture is nice and of high quality. Accents would like to purchase more if the furniture score is up to par. Furniture, I believe, will last a long time. Accents should refer somebody else at least to show a good progress. Accents may not be comparable to any store, but like any other furniture store, there will depend on the customers as well. Accents is one of the finest businesses in Meridian. That is easily available and the city is very central. Accents School is the best school 10/10 would recommend.

The service and quality of product from this store is extremely unsatisfactory. I bought an Oscar dining suite in 2021. It has been used less than 30 times, only for family occasions. The last time one of the chairs snapped while my son was sitting in it. Luckily it was my son and not one of my elderly parents as they would have been severely injured. We tried to fix it, but it was unsatisfactory. Upon further inspection we found another chair that was also unsafe. I have made several phone calls and sent several texts and emails. I was told "the customer care department usually takes around 30 days to reach the customer". Certainly not acceptable customer service! I sent videos and pictures as requested of the faulty product. It is now more than 30 days since my first message. Their latest email states "We have passed this claim to the supplier, and waiting to hear back from them. It is only up to them now, to consider this issue." I expect the store to deal with this issue on my behalf in a prompt manner as they know the product they sold me is inferior. I think the company is stalling, hoping I will just go away. Do you expect a car to lose its wheels or the wings to fall off a plane. I certainly don't expect the legs to snap from a chair and potentially be responsible for injuring my guests. Beware of making a purchase from this company. I wish I had.
