Client reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the friendly, relaxing, and inviting environment provided by the clinic. Clients praise several RMTs, some of whom they have been seeing regularly (Jordan, Carmen, Tin Wai), emphasizing that they are both professional and knowledgeable. Many clients also mention how they feel renewed and less stressed by their massages - Juno, for example, wrote that the massage helped him to release his stiff muscles. This detailed feedback attracts a wide range of clients to the clinic, from people who have never had massages done to many more and those who were there solely for the foot treatment but ended up getting a much more comprehensive and satisfying experience. The clinic's online booking feature should be improved, and if a client comes in thinking they have their appointment booked when it was not, the availability has to be checked frequently. A few clients, on the other hand, say that the web-based booking system could be hard to use and could either overbook or cause booking conflicts. The clinic's peak period for bookings comes in the last two months of the year, making the clients to prefer to make bookings as early as possible. The online booking feature allows the salon's clients to secure a spot when convenient. Since the system might get cluttered come from time to time, customers should confirm with the salon that they have the appointment secured. Many of the clients have therefore to be advised on the system and given notifications at specific times to confirm that an invite was sent. The clinic was described as clean, with a good overall layout and pleasant staff. A few customers provide poor ratings, but these are mostly the sole issue with booking confirmations. In addition to the numerous positive evaluations, the clinic was described as 'poor,' 'disappointing,' and a 'waste of time' by three people, albeit their explanations focused exclusively on having scheduled an appointment and never having the salon approve it. Despite this, most of the reviews were overwhelmingly favorable. Some of the therapy qualities were regarded as excellent, the massage and release of the individual clients taking a 10-minute duration than the usual one hour for all the clients to complete nearly all the patients on the same day. Finally, Tin Wai's massage and administrations were of high quality, and the reviews were positive. And it was recommended. However, it has not been found to be the case compared to the Mail and Juno massage notes, who say that they have gained extensive therapy experiences. The clinic was complemented by many, merely by the time wasted to ensure booking.
