Customer Feedback Summary: Amazing front desk staff they where able to understand my situations when it came to being late to the appointment and had empathy towards me Upgraded review from what I initially gave 5 stars and let things go. Then went from 3 stars to a 1 star. Rethinking and to be "fair" upgrading to 3 stars. Definitely not 5 stars. Was advised all records I resent from the referring agency would be forwarded to the specialist. When I get to the specialist, not all records made it. This could be at the specialist office where staff didn't upload the documents....one can only assume. During my initial appointment, one front desk staff showed no acknowledgment to my thank you. I would like to say more, but let's leave it here. Aura Orthodontics - Langley 4.5/5 I’m a regular patient at Aura Ortho and i always have a very positive experience. Everyone there is so sweet and professional. The clinic is very clean and welcoming and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. All of the staff are always so amazing when I come here. Any time I have a question or need anything they are able to help me out right away. I didn’t think I would be saying that getting braces was an enjoyable experience but these guys definitely make it very pleasant I’ve had a consistently great experience at this orthodontic office, and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. From the first appointment to my most recent visit, the whole team has been kind, professional, and efficient. You always feel like you’re in good hands here — they know what they’re doing and they care about the patients. That said, I want to give special recognition to Ria at the front desk. She’s been absolutely amazing every single time I’ve come in. From handling appointments and follow-ups to greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, she really goes above and beyond in her role. She’s the first face you see when you walk in and always sets the tone with her calm, friendly, and organized presence. What stands out most is how much pride she takes in her work — it’s not just about checking boxes; it’s about making people feel welcome and respected. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, always quick to help, and brings such a positive energy to the office. Even during busy times, she handles everything with confidence and care. Honestly, Ria is a big part of why I’ve felt so comfortable coming here. It’s rare to come across someone who’s not only great at their job but also genuinely kind and personable. I hope the office knows what a gem they have at the front desk — she really makes a difference.
