Finding our core values and what we wanted to offer our customers was easy, with 30+ years of experience. However, condensing that into one sentence was hard. "Every time, rely on quality plumbing and heating services." Quality is often correlated with higher costs nowadays. We do not agree that cheap is always best, but Rob & Bobby also do not think that quality means something has to cost more. With the right understanding and approach, products that are proven to be highly reliable and effective can often be found in the middle price range. Also, one must consider how they are installed. The R&B Difference Gallery was visited to see how we do things. Our tech is using a level with the pipes that will be covered by a tile. Rob Blaksic, the owner, believes in and promotes a feeling of workmanship as well as doing things correctly.
