In 1997, Mizz Harp Mundie established Butterfly Progressive Montessori Preschool. Ms. Mundie conceived the concept after sending her sons to various preschools. She compared both schools and decided to create a school that combines them. As I spent most of my career working at the Preschool, it was a great pleasure to take over Butterfly. I believe that Montessori-based play materials will create a child with a more profound, more creative, and detail-oriented sense. A child that is confident and independent. As a director, my objective is to light children's potential. Every time a child's face lights up when they achieve a difficult task is a smile. The founder was firm in her belief that young children should be educated according to their highest ideals. Butterfly Progressive Montessori Preschool offers a comprehensive preschool.
