This is the worst photo company I have ever dealt with and I have professional photos done every year.

We are very disappointed in these school photos for both our children. Hair awkwardly covering each child’s eyes and a jacket on and hoodie on making them look like one eyed slobs. Both children aged 12 and 13 were not asked to take off their jacket or hoodie or to move their hair from coving their eyes. They said they were shuffled in and out so quickly that the photographer never asked or said anything to them. When I ordered the bad pictures just to have a photo of them to make light of the year the kids only had one eye as retakes could be just as BAD, I picked the most affordable option that said it had 4 sheets options of 8x10 5x7 3.5’s and wallets. I ordered from my cell phone and ordered both kids pictures. I was given no options to choose between the sheets so assumed it was all 4 sheets like it shows in the ordering site. . When the pictures came home today I sent an email to the school as well as derby to ask why the other sheets were not there. They said I could call and speak to Darren to help with my customer satisfaction and address my order issue. I called and chatted with Darren and he said my children were lying and they would have been asked to take off their jackets and move their hair away from their eyes. I can tell you that my children were not lying and just wanting horrible pictures of themselves believe me!! Then he said I can reorder more pictures because the ordering site from a cell phone has a default option and I should have used a computer. He basically said I was out of luck and offered no customer satisfaction like stated with their customer service statement. So the $2 maybe in paper and ink or oven the option of me paying for shipping to actually get the photos I wanted they told me nope sorry reorder more photos from them that there is nothing they can do to help me out. I sure hope our school will not be using them again in future years as they have zero customer service or satisfaction. Very disappointing and I will never use their services again. I hope everyone else makes the same decision and we have a better company come in next year. I am not sure why the person I emailed had me call in vs telling me that they don’t offer customer satisfaction and it’s a final sale. I didn’t need to waste my time with a phone call to Darren to tell me my kids are liars and I should have used a computer not a cell phone because the cell phone has less real estate and it’s automatically set to default order what I didn’t want. Waste of money and time!
