Mortgages were a nightmare in 2018. One of the biggest pain points was that a lot of our clients struggled to get financing. One of the things we had to do before getting our deal was our subject removal. We normally have five business days for the subject removal, but we had to extend that to between seven and 15 business days. The complexity of the financing side has gone up a lot now. The documents that are required are very lengthy for the client. I had to get personal financing. I worked with Freedom Capital. Silvio Morello was the person I worked with. The team was amazing. They could get me financing in less than a week. They could offer me a lot more than what I initially applied for to cover a lot of the fees. The interest rate was amazing. It was way better than any other private lender that I had gone with in the past. That really helped me with the cash flow on this business loan that I took out. Freedom Capital saved me in a time of crisis. I would recommend them.
