Gosal & Company was highly recommended to me to be helped with my WorkSafeBC Claim in 2020, and I am so pleased I reached out to Mr. Gosal then because I had no idea of the uphill battle this was going to be. WorkSafeBC had initially accepted my claim, but one week into it, they turned around and revoked my claim forcing me to go back to work, regardless of the severe pain I was in from my injuries. Mr. Gosal immediately worked on appealing, and I was later reinstated in my claim. In due course, Ms. Saini, primarily, and Mr. Gosal were on the ball with the many appeals, and later on with WCAT hearing I had to endure. Had it not been for them, their due diligence, and for having my best interest at heart, I would have been hard pressed to succeed at the end. I cannot leave the number of staff members behind in this review who also worked on my file. Without their professional work, and all that their jobs entailed, they also worked arduously to keep me going when I felt my world was crumbling under my feet. I am sincerely obliged for everyone involved at Gosal & Company, both directly or indirectly, in pursuing an efficacious outcome for me!!! I do highly recommend Ms. Saini & Mr. Gosal to anyone who might be in a difficult legal challenge that demands much effort to overcome alone.
