Holistic growth and mentoring is a practice that examines the spiritual arena of someone. The aim is to seek coherence and balance between the outside and internal global truths that go beyond the body and mind. Additional spiritual terms include Source, Soul, or a Higher Power. This is the only term I will use. Searching into the intuitive part and corresponding subconscious enables holistic growth and coaching. This may involve belief structures and intuitive processes, metaphysical episodes, and energy channels. It could be for the religious but is not limited to. You are invited to begin your experience of spiritual growth and holistic coaching without participating in any religious or formal organized religious activities. You will also raise your awareness of yourself and understand the relationships you have with nature and other people.
