Andrea was able to have a balanced work/life life because she was a lecturer. Andrea was now a mom because of her mothering role. This is where she discovered her desire to become a lawyer. Andrea saw firsthand the inadequacies of public schools in helping students with learning disabilities. Her oldest child was struggling with learning disabilities.
