We made a call about a mouse issue in our house especially the kitchen and garage area. Sar came the next day. He did a full inspection of the house as well as the exterior of the house, found where they were getting in and filled the holes. He put black boxes in the cupboard with poison (pets cannot get to those) and more lethal poison in the garage and the furnace room. He saw that we had a cat and told us that only the poison in the furnace room and the garage was lethal to pets and not to let our cat in there. He asked us to phone monthly to arrange an appointment and each time, he came the next day to check, He was very accommodating to our schedule. After 3 visits the problem seems to have gone away but Sar comes back for a six month period to ensure that all is under control. We highly recommend Sar and Alpine Pest Control. Excellent service and very professional.
