if you are looking for an incomprehensible service with terrible conditions, such as: we found you a car and approved a loan for it (what was the point of doing this?!) and the car is not worth attention at all - then you should come here. at the same time, your credit rating will drop by several points. everyone have a nice day. in fact, from my experience of cooperation with this company: I do not advise at all.
They don't appear to have "thousands of dealerships" as they likely have only one in Winnipeg, MB, and this dealership was exceptionally rude when I told him that I decided not to buy. The support from Auto Credit Deals itself is nearly non-existent: out of the three emails I sent, only the first one received a response, and it was quite generic in nature. In summary: you WILL find a better deal and a MUCH better customer support if you look for a dealership by yourself instead of using Auto Credit Deals' services.
PS.: They did 11 (that's right, eleven) hard inquiries, ON DIFFERENT DAYS, to check my credit - two on May 5, six on May 8, two on May 20, and one more on May 30. As a result, my credit score dropped 20 points.
*Read VAC's Better Business Bureau profile first.*
If you leave a bad review, Brandon, the owner, will try to buy out your bad review. You will see that all these good reviews are only from people who just bought their car and are tainted shortly after purchase. VAC knows they sell cars that are unfit and cars that have not been given proper inspection. This was stated by Kevin Mander, who used to work for VAC. He confirmed that my car was taken to a third party shop, and was likely not fully checked but the boxes were checked off so they could get it out of their hair. I assume his honesty is why he is no longer with VAC.
They are unethical and sell using deceptive tactics. I do not suggest getting a vehicle from this place, as they are usually overcharged and they will not help you regarding any complaints or questions that you have. They'll lie to your face and be nice before the purchase, and then leave you hanging after they get their commission. The cars they sell will literally fall apart in your hands. Ask me how I know, my vehicle is now dangerous and unsafe to drive.
If you make a complaint via BBB, they'll send someone to gather information. We got Ellsa, someone who has also proved that anyone from within VAC has poor ethics. She promised us that she understood how we felt and that we wouldn't be forced to stay with VAC, but that was untrue. She would later tell us that we were forced to stay with VAC and could either be reimbursed a small amount or reward their company with another commission, by trading in. Since we asked for reimbursement of time and parts for the broken car, they started ignoring us again. As long as they have an open file, they'll pretend they care, and then they'll ignore you right after it closes, from them no longer wanting to communicate.
We were also given a deal from Helen, who stated that she would buy our car back for 50% or less. When we wanted to take this offer, they played stupid and pretended that the offer was never made. Ellsa told me that a "reversal" doesn't work that way, and that they were not going to honour what they said.

After I phoned in for three weeks, with one week where I phoned every day of the week. Some action was finally taken, but it was not enough. Instead I learned how they keep their good reviews high, and bad reviews low. Long story short: They will try to buy out your bad reviews, so they can maintain their "highest rating in customer service".
When I phoned in, I was told every time that Helen will phone me before the day ends. "Helen will phone you at 12:15" "Brandon, our owner, will phone you today" every single time they lied to me. The last time I phoned they panicked and Brandon finally got back to me. After I chewed him, and his company, out for ignoring phone calls and not wanting to respond, he attempted to give me a settlement to cover expenses that Ellsa already told us would not be covered, as it was past their 90 day warranty. This proves that the entire company is not on the same page. It also helps prove that they don't care about 90 days, as I attempted to have my car refunded within the first two weeks. Unfortunately, because no one wrote any information into my file, they will not believe me and will not attempt to make things right.
Instead, they gave us a settlement. This was with conditions that we would no longer hold them responsible, and that we would no longer leave bad comments or reviews. All to cover fees and oil that they refused to acknowledge was an expense caused by their faults. They also attempted to buy out my bad review, promising 750$ if I remove all my bad reviews from Google, Facebook, and any other review website. During this interaction, Brandon, the owner, attempted to use scare tactics in order to have me remove comments that "my friends made", when comments were never made. He went as far as to google "can I sue someone for a bad review" and sent the screenshot of the results to me. Instead of collecting the full story and having understanding of what was being said, he immediately assumed that I attacked the business using people outside of the contract. When asked for an apology, he would not give one. Instead, he is leaving me on read, just like the entire company has for the last 6+ months.
