Our team of six professionals assist in three main areas. 1. Real Estate Transactions. We help people finalize their purchases and sales of homes and land. This includes mortgages and acting as private lenders, as well as wills with a strong real estate component, family title transfers, taking off people or adding people to titles, and helping with Mortgages. 2. Wills and Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements. This service involves meeting with our clients to talk about their plans, answering any questions about the law, and then writing everything down. We work to keep it as easy as possible. Sometimes, we can make an appointment to be someone's Executor. 3. General notary services. This includes certifying true copies of documents as the courts do and notarizing: travel letters, affidavits, declarations, and other sworn documents. While we continue to comply with government and public health directives, it will be a limited opening. Together with Worksafe BC workplace requirements and industry best practices, we have new meeting requirements.
