If I could give a negative 5 star review, I would. This process has been nothing but frustrating, stressful and a time sucker. I was strapped for time, so I delegated my amazon product to Kenji ROI. I thought I was in good hands, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. If I could put the images of my product here, I would, as they looked like a child did them. They did not look like my product at all. I can't believe that they would try to get me to put such horrible photos of my product online! I asked them to just reimburse me for the photo package, and I would do them myself, but they would not agree. I still took my own pictures and forwarded them, letting them see what quality photos look like. Then the verbiage that goes along with the photos...It did not match up with the product. Over and over I kept rejecting the product. I was absolutely stunned that no one there took the time to actually look at the product and then the verbiage that they had attached. It was so simple to see it didn't match the product! From the other reviews, I do think they are outsourcing to some crappy company and then jacking up their prices to make a profit. Fast forward 6 months later I was totally fed up and filed a claim with my credit card company. They issued emails from June to Aug, which not much happened during that time and failed to add the massive thread of emails up to December reflecting how crappy their product was and how unhappy and frustrated it was making me. I decided not to fight it because they offered me a 30% discount. Fast forward to January 2024, I asked for my 30% discount and to removed all verbiage as it still didn't match and I would feature it generic, even though this is not the quality I paid for, but whatever, I just want to be done. After several attempts for my 30% discount they came back and told me that they would issue it and the breakdown would be as follows: (copied directly from their email to me: As for the amount paid, it looks like $2305 of the total $4070 has been paid for so far, and we can honor the 30% discount on the remaining invoice amount of $1765 which would leave the pending total at $1235.50 USD. WTF? I have the receipt. The total charge, which I paid upfront was $2,305. Now they are trying to charge me more?! After pushing back, he then sent this email: My apologies, I looked and you are right. However, since the dispute was filed and the opportunity for the 30% refund has surpassed, we would no longer be able to do this. WTF again! This is all within a few hours. So I would get your promised 30% discount if you were able to charge me an additional $2k, but since I caught onto your scam, you will no longer honor your deal? Absolute criminals here. Move on to another company. This has been 7 months of total frustration and the finished product still isn't complete.
Just plain sloppy... you can tell all the graphic design and renderings were outsourced for as cheap as possible. Some items in the photos had shadows behind them and some not. The infographics had misspellings and looked very basic. They even copied some of my competitor's images and just pasted them right on my images. The worst were the renderings.. they looked nothing like the actual product, they were missing key and obvious features. Eventually I just had to create a 3D model myself and send it to them to use. Granted, when I told them how unsatisfied I was, they tried to make adjustments and eventually (almost) got the images to looking like my expectations, but they still fall short. I paid over $2,000 for a job they probably outsourced for $200. So I spent a bunch of money, too much of my time, and got sub-par images and videos. Maybe if you just plan to use them for photographs it would be ok, but there are other agencies out there that can do better for less price. Definitely DO NOT get the renderings, they are laughable. I'd also recommend just doing the infographics yourself using free Canva software.
GUYS! Just read the one star reviews in this page. Those are the only reviews you need to read because its better to hire directly someone off of fiverr! These guys are just a broker in between! This Danny guy lives in bali and is just fishing for your money to chill. Very low quality of work. Definitely not worth $1500. There are plenty other companies who will actually do good job for that amount! You might feel like it is an investment but believe me they’re not worth the money!
