Her efforts were rewarded when Royal Roads University awarded her an MBA in 2015. Sarah is a wellspring of knowledge when it comes to landscaping. Her commitment to helping clients and an open-door policy with employees ensures that she’s always around to answer any questions. Sarah works at Meridian regularly, but never does any physical work. Sarah is grateful to someone who stepped in and took over that part of the business. Sarah is a proud mother of her two boys, and she loves them and the additional stress they bring. These two boys make things much more manageable and also make Monday mornings easier.

The owner of this company has no labour ethics. She fires employees for getting sick with covid, and worse than that, will gaslight anyone who speaks out pointing this issue out. I strongly recommend you support ethical businesses and by doing so opt out of contracting Meridian landscapers. This was not my only issue while working for them. They advertised that they pay a certain wage and when hired, paid below the advertised wage. To make matters worse, they sign their workers out manually before they can get back to the shop at the end of the day. This would be illegal, and prevents their labour from getting paid for every hour they work.
