ABOUT ME Photography has been a passion of mine since I was a child. I'm Michael, a Vancouver photographer specializing in headshots and other portraits, event and wedding photography, lifestyle sessions, and architecture. I learned photography in high school, where the cost of film development was included in tuition, allowing me to shoot more film than I wanted for projects. Unfortunately, the cost of photographing people soon became expensive and unaffordable for someone who already had a lot of expenses in school. I decided to work with other photographers to offset the cost, and this led to my passion for photography. Being creative has always been in my DNA. I am not a good sculptor or painter, but images can tell a story like no other. I enjoy talking to people, especially children and couples, and capturing their feelings. Sometimes it is hard and frustrating to get kids to smile for a picture, but it's the little things that make photography fun.
