Never Hire this company with their Poor Customer Service!!! The experience was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I regret to say that I would never recommend One Up Balloon to anyone. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment with the service provided by ONE UP company on the day of my order delivery. I had requested two deliveries; one to a restaurant before 6 pm and another to my home as a surprise gift for my husband at 3-4pm. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. At 2:30 pm, I received a message from someone claiming to be from One Up Balloon, stating that the delivery would arrive in 15 minutes. However, it was the time I had planned to go pick up my sons. I immediately called the number provided, but there was no response. I then called the office number and detailed my predicament, and to my surprise, the owner answered my call with a very unprofessional attitude. I explained my situation, but he responded with a rude tone, saying there was nothing to be concerned about and that this was how their small business system worked. To my astonishment, he abruptly hung up the call. The service was so bad that it made my son bus home by himself, and my husband had to help me drop the other kids at home. To add insult to injury, my husband saw the company logo on the truck in front of my house, I spent over $700 on this surprise for my husband only to be met with terrible service that caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I seriously request that you should take urgent steps to address your service issues and improve your customer service. I expect a resolution to this matter and for you to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.
