At all times, we have over 12 unique single origin coffees and over 4 espressos. This is because we roast our coffee in our on-site roasters right behind the bar. Local farmers supply us with all of our pastries, including our signature waffles, which we bake daily from scratch. We sell bottled coffee and tea that is made by our baristas. Our space was designed with the intention of creating, making, and consuming new ideas around coffee. We offer high-quality coffee sourced from our partners who share our commitment to sourcing directly and sustainably. These partners have strong, long-lasting relationships with coffee farmers and exporters around the world. We provide a wide range of coffees from our partners' range at the bar. You can choose from 14 different coffees at our brewbar and various espresso options. We believe that offering a selection of coffee flavours from around the world is important.
