In our building, we are experiencing grave issues with this company, and their agents. They probably have been getting cuts from the third party vendors they engage in, so they do unnecessary work for our building. Particularly our window replacement project. They hired a glass company to do the window replacement job that only a professional window company can do. This has resulted in many units having defective windows, which in turn let in high amounts of outside air and moisture, which, in turn created large amounts of mold in some of our units rendering people's homes uninhabitable. Rancho kept blaming us and our lifestyle for the occurrence of the mold. We started a survey, have been gathering evidence from all units impacted, we are now taking them to court. Meanwhile, the strata agent and Rancho have been threatening and blackmailing one of the our neighbors who has been speaking up against them by also colluding with the third party onsite caretaker whom Rancho hired on behalf of us to pressure this neighbor to shut up. They also collude with some of the strata council members, people, election fraud is real, and it happens also within the context of the stratas when electing strata council members. We don't know how some of the council members are sitting on our council, because they are clearly mentally incapable and mentally insane to be able to sit in a position like this to ruin people's lives and properties; maybe they're doing it intentionally to collude with Rancho because they are getting some cuts from Rancho too? Or maybe they are so low IQ that Rancho liked that about them so they placed these people on council so Rancho will not need to do their jobs or to be accountable for their frauds and mismanagement that's hurting our lives and our properties. Stand strong everyone, hold these heartless snakes accountable and fight them to the bitter end, take them to hell and back, you're doing God a favour.
Have you ever wondered why all the good reviews were only directed to one agent Alex Anderson only? Have they bought batch ghost writers and gave them the same info and only one agent to write on? Is Alex Anderson the only agent Rancho Van has amongst a few hundred other ones who’s claimed to be “good”? That’s saddening. And why does it seem like their Google Reviews have stopped somehow? Did they bribe anyone else to fake their quality of service? Check if you have any lunatic council members too, cause sometimes they do a lot of anal stuff disguised as strata agent’s intents so they get away with things too.
Same here. Important to balance out their purchased glorious 5 star reviews. Plus, I AM their owner client who’s suffering from their negligence. Their strata agents are as useless as their managers. Report them to the anonymous tip line at BCFSA, they should be properly disciplined.
As resident / owners in our building we have found Rancho to be a terrible company to deal with. They are very slow to respond to residents' / owners' concerns. They often fail to acknowledge issues and questions being raised in the first place, despite multiple attempts to have them addressed. Our building's agent is unprofessional, disrepsectful, frustrating, seems aloof and is constantly on vacation. Never once has she answered her direct line any time anyone has called it. Most of the time her assistant is the one fielding her messages and responding. In the event of a major problem, our agent doesn't reply at all and instead we get replies from Rancho's vice president of property management, who was once our strata agent prior to being promoted to his current role. He makes every effort to minimize our concerns and steamrolls / talks over conversations during AGMs to 'keep things moving' while leaving concerns largely unaddressed. If at all possible, Rancho should be avoided as a strata management company.
Just thought I'd add a 1 star review. Important to balance the purchased 5 star reviews don't you think?
