Spartacus Gym is a back-to-basics, equipped gym where you can lift weights, hit the heavy bag, and so much more. We also offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing lessons, as well as stretching and cardio. Spartacus Gym has: three power racks, two Rogue benches, two Rogue deadlift platforms, and dumbbells up to 120 pounds. We have a lot of training equipment including dumbbells, heavy bars like landmines, rubber bands, Bulgarian bags, band, kettlebells, and foam rollers. Spartacus Gym's strongest advantage is our people. Spartacus is a very friendly and diverse gym environment. People from various races, right side, and different parts of the world can come together here. All of the people are very friendly, and the staff is enthusiastic about being here and working. Lots of people like Spartacus Gym, so many people work there. Many of the people working at our front desk are ex-members who loved this gym and wanted to stay.
