I was born and raised in Nova Scotia but have lived in Victoria, B.C. since 2003. I am married and a father of three stepchildren. In 2001, I received a Bachelor of Arts Advanced in Political Science from Dalhousie University. I earned my law degree from the University of Victoria in 2005.
