Royal Coffee has been based in Emeryville (California) since 2000, and we have been selecting organic coffees from around the world for our customers. In limited quantities, green coffee is purchased only during the season to ensure that it is perfect. This was a time when cassettes were still played in cafes. It was the time of Vancouver's second-wave coffee boom. West Coast Coffee Culture is flourishing, but it is also fairly new. We proudly opened our first flagship in West Vancouver in 1990, in the heart of B.C.'s coffee awakening, when we were "the Originals of the Second Wave". We have always looked for the finest beans, the best coffee makers in the industry. Since then, we have expanded. Our roastery was launched in 1994.
