She advises clients in all estate planning areas and reviews Wills, Trusts, Estate and Incapacity Planning and Administration of Estates options. Colleen helps with avoiding disputes by taking a proactive approach to planning. She can provide options for avoiding disputes like litigation and mediation and is practical but draws on her rich experience. In her legal career, Colleen has been an advocate for public legal education and speaks to clients, lawyers, and the public on Wills, Estate, Incapacity, Charitable Giving. She has held leadership roles in many Victoria estate planning groups and was the past president of Victoria's Estate Planning Council, and a Past President of Victoria's Wills and Trusts and Fiduciary Relations Victoria Subsection of Victoria of the Canada Bar Association.
