I'm a condo owner in a building managed by Kim Haddow of Brown Bros. Let me say at the outset, Brown Brothers receives a positive review for their courteous and efficient staff. However, I single out Kim Haddow as the exception. Dealing with her directly on several occasions, my experience has been largely negative. She has always been difficult to get hold of, promising to call but never following through, and going on frequent vacations but not monitoring her voice mail. She can also be petty and vindictive when we don't see eye- to- eye. "Unprofessional" would be the best summary descriptor.
