Dodd's deferred schedule was also positively commended, offering to keep customer's products until when needed. They also hold big purchase periods to facilitate credit payment by allowing for orders to be made when receiving the product. The solid piece of product was considered and hard to find but at Dodd's they were found with ease. Dodd's product was not only good but also the service was stupendous with a warranty for their products for five years. A customer said he had to exchange a couch, but the service was excellent to make it happen. The store was recommended for furniture purchase with customer experience. A major part is played by the shop assistant's politeness and ability to listen to a customer's requests. For instance, Anil was helpful in showing these customers different products that would make them happy as they make their choice easily. Dodd's is always the best. I like this furniture store; they provide quality product and service to their customers.
