Rebecca Aber has practiced family law exclusively for decades. She also has experience in personal injury litigation, estates, and real estate. Ms. Faber earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration at Camosun College (1987), a Bachelor of Arts in History and English at the University of Michigan (1987), and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Victoria (1993). She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994. Ms. Faber has taught at the University of Victoria Law School and been a guest speaker and volunteer judge. She has also been a guest instructor in the Professional Legal Training Course. Ms. Faber presents cases and appears in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal on Family Law matters.
