For instance, customers found the cars to be not brand new. They were actually used cars, as the company empathized in their negative reviews. However, customers could not complain about the cars' overall performance as almost all the clients received their deposits after filling them with gas at the end of their rentals. This is true, despite being charged for minor damages or the car owner filling the tank after station judging. These findings were confirmed in various instances, with a couple of customers even finding contacts were intact to allow for smooth refund processes. When the company needed to make changes to the client's reservation, these changes were coordinated. A client needed a van for their vacation, which was reserved three months before their vacation. Two days before, she was contacted. The van was not available Anne needed an alternative. The new car was suitable, and the company even fill it up to help her reach a gas station. At the end of Anne’s vacation, her deposit and everything was refunded. These responses show that customers were sincerely listened to. This is vital for customer satisfaction, as it also leads to repeat business. Nevertheless, some small inconveniences may still occur. The company is always looking for areas of service improvement, and this is seen in customer feedback, where many of the complaints received are addressed to the customers. Senior and other customers interacted with and received guidance on making their complaints recorded and their resolutions. It may not all be positive, but determining the root cause is important for the company. This is evident in a review where the client had a misunderstanding about the final bill and opted to contact the company to resolve the issue. The new amount owed was clarified, and this made me satisfied. Currently, as the violations start to calm down due to covid and the company's reservations rising, customers have learned reopening is the best performance for the company. This transformation is evident in the contact the company made, suggesting the customers were relying on the service even after so long. Many customers have been grateful for the company’s good service quality and kept pleading with them to visit, indicating that a good customer service worker is, customers will come back and also highly recommend.
