Select Mortgage is a Canadian company based in BC. The head office is in Victoria, and local sub-mortgage brokers are in Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley. We are locally owned, with no big financial institution ownership. There are offices in Victoria areas: Oak Bay, Broadmead, Admirals, and Westshore, Nanaimo, Sidney, Courtenay/Comox, South Surrey/White Rock (serving Lower Mainland/Okanagan). Our Mortgage Advisors are licensed in BC as sub-mortgage brokers, mandatory due to our company structure. We follow BCFSA and B-10 mortgage rules ensuring advice meets client needs; not required for mortgage reps in banks and credit unions.
