After opening The Natural Hair Salon at 616 View Street in Victoria, he opened a new location at 313 Cook Street Village. Ferreira's awards have also followed the move: he was named British Columbia's top stylist at The Hair and Beauty Awards. The following year, Best Salon in B.C. was awarded to The Natural Hair Salon.
