Urban Core Ventures

Leonard Cole is the President of Urban Core Ventures, a third-generation Victorian with a passion for housing. Our partners help me build my team, and we build homes together (Cook St Village Building—this building is under construction now, and it will be ready in 2022). Our homes are affordable for all, be they in-fill, short-term rentals, or housing below the market. Urban Core Ventures is a community leader and has won several awards. The Moderne—The Moderne is an Art Modern house built by PL and reimagined by Urban Core Ventures. The Moderne was awarded the Hallmark Heritage Award and CARE Awards in 2015. Latitude Living—A home that Urban Core Ventures houses below the market in partnership with Island Health. This home has 32 residents with substance abuse and mental illness.
