The company had come to adjust them last year, but the problem reoccurred, and now they can't fully open or completely close as one rail is unhooked. They are worried that as the doors are heavy, they might fall and damage their custom-made office, which could result in serious damage. They feel that the company is not committed to customer service, as they were more concerned with selling and quoting rather than ensuring their products worked well.
