ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

Feedback Highlights: Initial consult with Paul was professional and detailed in his quote explanations for the flat price per item. Also had our main contact during the job Elliot. He provided excellent overall communication and was able to clearly answer our questions quickly. Concern: one mid-project miscommunication issue- it seemed that a very minor item was not communicated fully to the painters and the crew thought we were adding items on the fly. Eventually was corrected. The building is older, and not all wall issues could be included (especially some structural issues-cosmetically fixed but I'd guess it would be hard for painters to fix properly without a construction/drywall contractor). Impressed with Tran's crew's attention to detail with fixing about 95% of our wall issues and they painted our whole unit in just 2 days, including final clean up and painting. Noticed: checked the unit immediately and found some kickboards of our bathroom cupboards had some paint on them. We could still scrape or sand them off since they must not have been painted very long ago. May want to suggest that other customers do this as well to avoid any headaches once all the paint dries. Follow-up: what impressed me most was the follow-up- some wall plates were broken during the reinstallation process. We sent photos of them to Elliot, and Zee came to replace the wall plates. Zee was very friendly and attentive, and even fixed one plate that wasn't even broken by the crew! Super happy with the follow-up service. Painting just finished and I'll say we made the right choice with Hemlock. The whole process from the initial quote to final estimate and executing the project was way better than I expected.
