Be Yoga

Yoga transformed my life because it helped me manage my anxiety and depression. After that first experience, I fell in love with the energy and tranquility from doing a positive activity. It felt nice to be so confident and relaxed despite the poses' difficulty or appearing vulnerable. With the help of yoga, I learned to be more in control of my life. I want every woman who takes my classes to experience these feelings. Every woman should feel confident and empowered to be able to live their best lives.
