My basement flooded last year. I've never had to deal with restoration or insurance before so I had no clue what I was supposed to do or how to do it, or even who to call! I called Belfor and I am SO happy with that choice. Not only were they there promptly and continued to help me throughout the process of this situation, I actually felt like they cared! I know it's just another 'basement flood', but to me, it was catastrophic to deal with. My daughters bedroom, our main area, everything wet and ruined. I really appreciated their attention to detail.
