Great gym, something for everyone, good space, lots of platforms, strongman equipment, machines, boxing equipment, even when busy you can always find something to do there.

Beautiful gym. worst service ever and they like to rip people off for their money. During Covid I had gone in and tried to sign up for a membership. Went in and toured the gym as it was recommended to me by some friends. Was looking forward to signing up. While I was there I tried to pay (I was paying the full year up front) but their machine was down. I was asked to come back the next day. I attempted 4 times over the next three days to return to pay but the first 2 days the machine was down and the other two times the door was locked and no one was in to open the door which I couldn't get into because I NEVER RECIEVED A KEY OR MEMBERSHIP CARD. Now keep in mind I had gone in to sign up for a membership but was not given a card because their machine was down and was told I would receive it when I returned. Shortly after this the government shut the gyms down so I wasn't able to go in. I STILL wanted to get the membership for when they opened and the manager called me and said I could pay with my card over the phone. We attempted but more errors and it would not go through. I was told we could clear it up when they opened back up. No problem. During the shut down I received an opportunity to work in Calgary which I took. fast forward 6 months and I receive an email after everything opens back up from a COLLECTION AGENCY stating I owed the full year even though I was not living in Winnipeg anymore; they never came close to finalizing a membership with me and did not care that I had attempted to pay numerous times. I didnt agree with this obviously but PAID IT ANYWAYS as I did sign a contract (that they couldnt honor) and paid the full year anyways. All good and done right? Hell no! I get an email 2 days ago saying I owe two months arears. I call in and explain that I do not have a membership and never have and that I had already paid a year that I did not receive. I rudely get told to fuck myself basically and that I owe the 2 months and I have to FILL OUT A CANCELLATION FORM AND PAY TWO MORE MONTHS IF i DONT WANT THEM TO COME AFTER ME ANYMORE and that I have to talk to the manager Michael if I want to discuss it. I have attempted numerous times to get ahold of this guy, emails left messages and no return call. When I call today I get told he is busy and they don't know when I can get ahold of him and then the girl hangs up on me. Don't be fooled by the nice equipment and get suckered into with these guys. Horrible customer service and they steal peoples money. Maybe leaving this someone will actually get back to me before I get put into collections again. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WISH I COULD GIVE IT MINUS TEN STARS. BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
