But some people rated the meals and service as bad, and the hotel facilities are also very disappointing. The food at the buffet terrible, overcooked, dried out and cold, and support was very poor and loud to the customer. Quick notes, extensive. The only identified challenge is the cleanliness of the pool, which is perceived to be extremely clean and comfortable.
