Since the installation of our garage door from this company in 2017, we have encountered persistent issues. When I contacted the manager for assistance, the interaction was frustrating; he was unresponsive and I had to prompt him to engage in the conversation. He failed to take responsibility for the poor performance of the service provided. I would not recommend this company for service at all and have called another company to fix their mistakes!

Would deduct a 1/2 star for arriving after the appointment window were there the option, but otherwise the service was excellent. They had installed the door 12 years ago so I was able to describe the problem over the phone to somebody who knew what needed to be done and quoted the repair cost beforehand. The repairman had the correct part in their truck, was able to free the door and install the part in short order, lubricate the hardware, then provide a brief tutorial about where I should have been lubricating the door the previous 12 years so that maybe we can avoid a future visit. The door works again and a lot more quietly, as well.
