Most of the consumers wrote good feedback on the JS Furniture store. Customer service and the service of its employees were two areas where they excelled. Many of those who had been assisted by salespeople like Sam were pleased with how the employees dealt with them from the moment they entered the showroom to the time they brought back their furniture. A few customers had issues with the pieces they purchased, such as stains, but the employees were always willing to change the pieces for the customers. The store was warm and cozy, and there were a lot of homey vibes. I was worried about the pricing before purchasing, but it was affordable, which is why i couldn't say more about JS since the store was amazing. With the positive service i got, they would like to retain me. Moreover, the store had lovely and high quality furniture that matched my house.
