Rude receptionist, high priced gouging don't recommend shop around for a better deal or end up paying more with them
The owner was not an honest guy at all, brought my car there for safetied and was told that my steering racks has leak and quoted me $1200 for parts plus labour, lucky i am not new to car, been working with car industry for 15 years plus so i know what right whats wrong here, after two years since he told me that i had a steering rack leaked, guess what? It didn’t even has one drop of oil and car still drive like new, just be careful with this guy, he will rip you off, i have service my car on my own for many years, only need to bring my car there in the first place for safetied, my first and last visit. For example, he charged me $170 for $20 bushing and 2 minutes to install, this guy is insane..stay away, you been warned
