About this business

Mind Matters Clinic comprises trained mental health professionals who offer a variety of therapies to enhance living conditions. The team includes Social Workers, Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Art Therapists. All of our members have Postgraduate Training in Human Behavior. Some of them are expert in child care, although others specialize in adult care. We also have access to a range of other Clinicians, each an expert in their field and specializing in different areas. After your first contact with the Therapist who answered the phone, the Clinician best equipped to handle your situation will be chosen for you. The journey begins with a call to the office. You will be put through to an Associate who is trained in mental health. The empathic voice on the phone will very likely have a degree in Psychology or another mental health field. The first thing you'll do is describe the issue you are having. You can also ask questions regarding our services, how long you must wait to be seen and our fees. All the details you provide are sent to Dr. Moser, who will pick the most suitable Clinician for your case. We try to see you within two weeks for most of our services. However, if you want a particular Clinician, you may have to wait longer. The clinic typically calls back within one or two days after you inquire.
