The Nejmark Architect firm has been effectively serving clients since 1989 by completing high-quality projects on time and within budget. Today, we have a team of 30 people who work in our architecture office in Central Canada. Each client's property is unique, and we work closely with them to find the best design solution for their needs. Since Nejmark Architect team understands the role architecture plays in our daily lives, they provide services in architecture which have a 70% marginal product throughout Central Canada. Our firm's main cities in Central Canada are Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal. All these areas are effectively served by our firm, we have designers in those cities, and we have the required experience and knowledge to meet their unique standards and requirements which are impossible to meet without unique knowledge of their zoning and building codes. Our project managers, designers, and drafters work closely together on each project and know the unique requirements of each city. No matter the location of your project, the same team will work with you. We strive to maintain the same team as we usually work with clients we know. This one-to-one relationship allows us to better understand your needs and to respond to local regulations and requirements to make your new building as energy-efficient and practical as possible. Our design process is multi-disciplinary and incorporates a resource-management approach. We only erect energy-efficient buildings, and many of our buildings have been designed to meet LEED/Green Globes standards and certified through IDP (Integrated Design Process).
